What to Expect

Approach

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with young adults, individuals and couples to design personalized pathways for clarity, healing and growth. My approach is highly collaborative. Drawing from an extensive background in somatic and psychotherapy, relational gestalt, creative exploration and mind-body interventions, I tailor sessions to meet both individuals and couples where they are.

Clients seek my support for a range of issues and life moments including: depression, anxiety, body image, addiction, physical, emotional and developmental trauma, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, parenthood, relationships, identity exploration, career journeys and more.

I offer telehealth appointments for folks in New York and California, and in-person sessions for those in the Hudson Valley from my office in Kingston, NY.

Focus Areas

Fertility & Parenthood

I am passionate about supporting people on the journey to and through parenthood. Those navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, pregnancy loss or parental mental health issues. New parents, adoptive parents, working parents, single parents, grieving parents, extended family acting as parents — you are not alone!

Relationships & Relational Trauma

I am committed to supporting single, dating and coupled people of all orientations and persuasions as they navigate relationships and seek to heal relational trauma — especially from its connection to present personal and interpersonal challenges.

Life & Career Journeys

I am dedicated to supporting artists and creative professionals as they meet big life moments, navigate career challenges and explore new projects, chapters and callings. And I believe that how we connect to purpose and express our creativity is essential to wellbeing.
