About
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist living and working outside of Chicago. My approach is highly collaborative. Drawing from an extensive background in psychotherapy, couples work, somatic therapy, relational gestalt, creative exploration and mind-body interventions, I tailor sessions to meet each client where they are.
